Due to popular demand, the return and exchange campaign has been extended until the end of May!

Normally, odul does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "the product is different from what I expected" or "the size doesn't fit", but this time you can return or exchange the product for any reason!

If you have been hesitant to order because you were unsure whether the size would fit or if the pattern you received would be to your liking, take this opportunity to give it a try.

Returns and exchanges accepted

  • Regular price items
  • "Ring" products purchased at the Aujour official online store

No returns or exchanges

  • Pre-order items and sale items
  • If you do not submit the return/exchange form within 7 days of receiving the product
  • If any of the included items are lost (both the delivery note and product barcode are required)
  • Used, altered or cleaned items
  • Products that have become dirty or damaged while in the customer's possession
  • The product condition when returned is significantly different from when it was delivered (including the box and accessories)

Important Notice

  • The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and bank transfer refund fee (excluding defective products).
  • In the case of a refund, only the product price will be refunded. (If the payment amount after the refund is less than the amount applicable for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.)
  • We only accept in-person deliveries with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
  • A maximum of three items can be returned per order.
  • If we determine that the item has been worn, we will be unable to assist you.
  • Applies to ring category only.
  • Please be careful not to include personal items in the package. If personal items are included, they may be discarded without prior notice.
  • If a coupon was used at the time of purchase, the coupon cannot be refunded with this return.
